Potters ’arf once again brought together runners, walkers, supporters and volunteers for one of Staffordshire’s biggest and most loved sporting events.

It was a fantastic celebration of determination, community spirit and fundraising, with thousands of people playing their part in making the day such a success. From those taking on the challenge themselves to the volunteers, partners and supporters working behind the scenes, we would like to thank everyone who helped make the event so special.

We were delighted to welcome Olympic long jumper Jazmin Sawyers and Stoke City legend Lou Macari, who joined the Lord Mayor to set runners and walkers on their way. Proceedings were expertly hosted by PJ Ellis, helping create a brilliant atmosphere throughout the day.

Events of this scale would not be possible without the support of our sponsors and partners.

A huge thank you to JCB, Solace Performance, The Potteries Centre, e-bike escapes, PureGym and Stoke-on-Trent City Council for their continued support of the Potters ’arf.

For businesses interested in becoming part of the event, we would love to hear from you.

Please contact info@potters-arf.co.uk to find out more about sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

And there is no need to wait long before looking ahead to the next one.

Entries for the 2027 Potters ’arf are already open, with the event returning on Sunday 26 September 2027.

We cannot wait to welcome everyone back.
